Children's Ministries Coordinator - An effective Children's Ministries Coordinator (CMC) provides oversight and encouragement to all who work with children in a local church setting.

Areas of Coordination include:
1. Children's Sabbath School
2. Vacation Bible School
3. Children's Stories (During worship service)
4. Childcare
5. Children's bulletins
6. A newsletter
7. Summer Day Camp
8. Special outings
9. Adventure Club
10. Pathfinders
11. Children's Church

The benefit of having a CMC is that they can provide resource support, help coordinate the church calendar for children's activities, provide in-service training for children's leaders, and champion children's issues on the church board.

An effective CMC needs to have a love for children that is obvious and contagious. They also need to have a lot of patience and a proper understanding of God's grace and forgiveness.
